We also welcome vintage sellers whose curated collections support sustainability and a circular economy.

For boutiques, we only accept vendors who offer a percentage of items that are designed in-house for their brand. If you apply as a boutique, please specify which products are your own designs in your application.

What We’re Looking For

Branding

We’re seeking vendors with strong, well-defined brands. This includes a professional online presence (if applicable) and thoughtfully designed product packaging and presentation.

Booth Styling

Creating a memorable shopping experience is a top priority for us. We’re looking for vendors who design visually striking booths that showcase their brand with creativity and attention to detail.

Originality

Our focus is on showcasing vendors who bring originality & creativity to their work. We’ve seen an increase in resellers offering lower-quality, mass-produced goods. If your products are primarily sourced rather than independently designed or crafted, this isn’t the event for you.

Product Overlap

We strive to curate a diverse selection of vendors. While we love discovering amazing products, there may be instances where we have too much overlap in a particular category. Our goal is to ensure a well-rounded marketplace for shoppers.

Fresh Perspectives

We’re passionate about introducing new talent from neighboring cities and states. Bringing in a diverse mix of artists and makers enhances the creative exchange in Omaha and elevates the overall experience of Midwest Fest.

A Competitive Selection

Midwest Fest has grown tremendously, attracting an incredible number of talented makers each year. While we’d love to include everyone, we carefully limit the number of vendors to ensure the best experience and success for those selected.

Product Description* Please provide a detailed description of the products you’ll be selling at Midwest Fest, including how they are made or sourced.
